Happy Joe Pizza

Detroit-Style Pizza will be served up in Downtown Tempe, but here's the catch: You can only get it on Fridays!

Introducing Happy Joe Pizza – operating out of Happy Hoe Coffee. Starting this Friday, 8/22, they will be serving up Detroit-style pizzas EVERY Friday, from 5pm-9pm. Here’s the deal though- only 40 pizzas will be available. You gotta follow them to get the delicious details and to place your order.

I asked Joe why he decided to start Happy Joe Pizza, and here's what he had to say:

"There is a void in the neighborhood for Detroit-style pizza, at least around the ASU campus. I've always wanted to activate Happy Joe Coffee in the evenings with something good and have it tie back to my roots from Detroit. I've been practicing and perfecting this craft at home, and here we are!"

Joe and his wife, Bri, run Happy Joe Coffee, which has been in operation since 2021. They both love to cook and are excited to bring this new concept to the community!
