Rush Bowls is Set to Open in October 2025

Colorado-based Rush Bowls, known for its fresh, customizable bowls and smoothies, is making its way to the Valley with two openings this October 2025. One of these locations will be in Downtown Tempe, in the the ASU Fulton Center (777 S. College Ave.). The anticipated opening is scheduled for October 4.

The fast-casual brand has built its reputation on nutrient-packed blends made with real fruits and vegetables—no added sugars or preservatives. Guests can choose from fan favorites like the Açaí Beach Bowl, Yoga Bowl, or Peanut Butter and Jelly Bowl, then customize with mix-ins ranging from protein boosts to matcha, or even functional add-ons like immune support. Rush Bowls also offers grab-and-go snacks, house-made nut butters and jams, and treats for pups.

The hours will be Monday–Friday from 8 a.m.–7 p.m. and weekends from 9 a.m.–7 p.m. Ordering is available in-store, through the Rush Bowls app, or via delivery platforms like DoorDash and Uber Eats.
