Urban Design Recommendations

In 2016 we worked with Biederman Redevelopment Ventures, Katalyst, and Concord Group to create a strategic plan for the open spaces within Downtown Tempe, both public and private spaces.  The plan resulted in detailed programmatic, physical, infrastructure and other recommendations.  We will be implementing the recommendations over the next several years.
