PERFORMANCES at the MUSEUM
Acoustic Night:
The SunPunchers Trio
Jesse Valenzuela and Mark Zubia
The SunPunchers trio is known for creating a blend of warm, open Americana music with gorgeous vocal harmonies and full guitar sounds. Their songs are a combination of contemplative lyricism and an open landscape of rich Southwestern loneliness.
Jesse Valenzuela and Mark Zubia will perform original country, honky-tonk, folk and pop tunes from both singer songwriters. Jesse Valenzuela is perhaps best known as an original member of the alternative rock band Gin Blossoms. Mark Zubia creates stories of lost love and broken hearts with a bluesy voice that provides a gentle balance to the rich textures of his songs. Mark is best known for playing in the Pistoleros.
Both are great friends who started their careers in the 90s on Mill Avenue. Together these two love to play live for any size audience.
Meet the musicians in a QnA session after the show. Free, fun and family friendly. Seating will be limited.
