We are now accepting applications for our Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 events. When applying, please review the Rules & Expectations Handbook that is located inside the application. It contains all pertinent information regarding the application period and the requirements if accepted as a participating vendor for our event.

Applications are now closed for Food & Music Vendors.

For all food vendors, singers, musicians, DJs, and bands who have completed the application, notifications will be sent based on the event’s needs and budget. If you are not selected, your information will be placed on a waitlist, which we often consult if a scheduled performer becomes unavailable. Since your information is automatically added to our master list, there’s no need to submit another Interest Form.

Your information will also be considered for our Tempe Festival of the Arts (Fall & Spring). Additionally, we regularly review this list for other upcoming events that may require performers, and we share it with promoters or organizations seeking talent. While this does not guarantee acceptance, and is contingent on event budget, we make every effort to highlight the diverse talent within our community. We appreciate your time in applying and hope to see you at one of our events!
