ParkMobile Makes Parking a Breeze

Easily find and pay for parking from your phone and use the ParkMobile app for contactless parking payments - no need to ever touch the parking meter!

Nearly 600 parking meters are available throughout Downtown Tempe. For your convenience, meters can be paid for in three ways: your cell phone, change, and credit card*. To pay by phone, simply download the ParkMobile App and create an account. Then start your cash free parking session using the green sticker located on your parking meter or scanning the QR code. Remember the zone and space number when using the App. Tempe parking officers will receive the information in real-time, and you will be worry free. You can monitor your parking session and extend the time remotely if needed.

Meter Hours

Monday – Friday from 8am - 10pm, Saturday 11am - 10pm. Meters located on Ash Avenue from 5th Street to Rio Salado Parkway and 100 W. 3rd Street are operational Monday - Friday from 8am - 6pm and Saturday from 11am-6pm. All meters in the downtown accept credit cards, coins and the option to pay by phone.  

*Credit card meters are located on Mill Avenue, College Avenue, Maple Avenue, and 5th Street and various other side street. Please note that time purchased will not display on meter screen. When using ParkMobile, the time purchased will not display on the meter screen.
