Canopy Hotel offers two distinct dining venues helmed by seasoned Valley Chef Ken Arneson: Alter Ego on the ground floor, featuring elevated fusion cuisine and crafted cocktails, and Alibi, the East Valley's only full service pool and bar on the 14th floor.
