If you've got it, haunt it!

Several merchants in Downtown Tempe have dressed up their storefronts, patios, and doors to compete in the Downtown Tempe Merchant Halloween Decorating Contest. The top three winners will receive ad space valued between $575 and $1,775 in the next Downtown Tempe Directory.
