Eat Outside in Downtown Tempe with these Awesome Patios!
One of the luckiest things about living in Arizona is that patio season is just about every month. Even in the middle of summer, there are days just slightly cool enough to hang out with outdoor seating (as long as there are misters--which downtown Tempe has plenty!).
Many of our neighborhood restaurants have fenced patios featuring comfy seating, cool misters (heaters for those cool evenings too), lights and oodles of people watching opportunities. You'll also find several sidewalk cafes to find a seat and enjoy your coffee or snack and many businesses have rooftop patios where you can take in those awesome Valley views.
Check out the paw prints for those dog friendly "paw-tios"...
Juuuust kidding it's an *asterisk* instead because adding paw prints proved to be too difficult for my formatting skills.
