Just a few weeks ago, we hosted an Urban Living Tour in Downtown Tempe. This was a totally new event for us and for Downtown Tempe in general. We prepared for weeks in advance, talking to homeowners and realtors all over town to secure some amazing urban living spaces for the tour. The weather was fabulous, the tour attendees were excited, and Tempe...well, you were the star of the show!

So why an Urban Living Tour in Downtown Tempe? There's an eclectic vibe that’s unique here and can't be found anywhere else in the valley. Tempe has big city employment opportunities with major companies like Microsoft & Silicon Valley Bank, but there's a special small town feel, as our business district is comprised of over 75% locally owned and operated restaurants, bars, and shops. You are just steps away from almost anything you'd want or need in terms of entertainment, arts, culture, and leisure activities. We have performing arts at both Gammage and Tempe Center for the Arts, an increasing culinary scene that is more than just fare for the college crowd, an amazing urban lake with recreational opportunities for all ages, and plenty of public transportation options in the Valley Metro bus and light rail systems. Not to mention, Tempe is considered one of the most bike friendly cities in the US! More and more residents are trading in their vehicles for bicycles and bus passes.
