Now back to the ASU events…

Fraternity and Sorority Life Welcome Back Block Party
August 19 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.

The Fraternity and Sorority Life Welcome Back Block Party celebration is a great opportunity to have some fun and meet fellow students at the Greek Leadership Village and Greek Leadership Community Center. Explore all of our Fraternity and Sorority Life organizations and get your questions answered about how to join ASU’s thriving FSL community.

Sun Devil Welcome & Infernofest
August 20, 8:00 - 10:00 p.m.

A predominately first-year student event. Experience Sun Devil spirit, pride, and tradition at its finest during this high-energy event for all Arizona State University first-year students inside Mountain America Stadium. President Crow, Sparky, ASU athletics, the ASU Marching band and student leaders will introduce you to what it means to be a Sun Devil during this official welcome for all incoming students.

After Sun Devil Welcome, it’s time for InfernoFest 2024 and a performance from popular rap artist Flo Milli! All ASU students are invited to attend this FREE live concert on the Mountain America Stadium stage. First-year students attending Sun Devil Welcome can stay for the concert afterward, while upper-division students will be able to enter when gates open at 8:45 p.m. More information here.

Involvement Fairs

Meet your Sun Devil classmates, explore involvement opportunities, join a club and begin connecting with the communities that share your interests and passions. Getting involved is a great way to build the skills that lead to success — teamwork, critical thinking, networking and leadership.

Visit ASU's Sun Devil Sync to get a head start on locating student organizations you may want to join. Plan to attend one or more of the ASU Welcome involvement fairs, including:

Aug. 18: Diablo's Club Zero, 7-10 p.m.
Aug. 19: Connect for Change, 4-6 p.m.
Aug. 21: Rock the Rec, 2-6 p.m. and Taste of the MU, 6-8 p.m.
Aug. 22: Culture KickOff, 5-7 p.m. (we will be tabling at this event, come say hi!!)

Echo from the Buttes
August 24, 8:00 - 10:00 a.m.

Echo from the Buttes is a celebration for all new Sun Devils who are beginning their journey at ASU. Hike up ‘A’ mountain and take part in one of the university’s oldest traditions. Once reaching the top, students receive white paint, where they will use their hands to forever leave their imprint on our iconic ‘A’, symbolizing a fresh start and a new beginning within the Sun Devil community.
